• All merchandise is warranted and guaranteed by their respective manufacturers. Please call or email for details.
• Before returning any items for exchange, credit or refund, call or email to obtain a RA# (return authorization number). No merchandise will be accepted without exhibiting a RA# on the outside of the return package. Return notification must take place within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Returned merchandise must be in as-new, re-sellable condition and include original boxes, accessories and a copy of sales invoice.
• All returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured. Email to us name of delivery service and tracking number. There is no restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases where the item is defective or if not the ordered item.
• No returns, refunds or exchanges on special order, custom and closeout sale items.
