Warranty & Returns

  • All merchandise is warranted and guaranteed by their respective manufacturers. While these policies can vary with each item we pledge to resolve all claims to your satisfaction. We are here to make it right.
  • Before returning any items for repair, exchange, credit or refund, call or email to obtain a RA# (return authorization number). No merchandise will be accepted without exhibiting a RA# on the outside of the return package. Notification requesting a return must take place within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise must be in unused, as-new, re-sellable condition, worn indoors only and include all original packaging, boxes, tags, accessories and a copy of sales invoice.
  • All returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured. Email us name of delivery service with tracking number. There are no restocking fees. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases where the item is defective or if not the ordered item. Items originally shipped free will incur our standard rate shipping charges on return exchanges.
  • No returns, refunds or exchanges on special order, custom and closeout sale items.
  • No refunds on gift certificates.
